ABOUT US
I served 8+ years in the Air Force performing construction operations all over the world. I have been on/lead teams building numerous structures from the ground up which has given me an in-depth understanding of the construction process. The Air Force instilled in me the importance of attention to detail, which is crucial in home inspections.

PRE-PURCHASE INSPECTIONS
Pre-purchase home inspections are recommended for all potential home buyers. Pre-purchase home inspections will give the potential buyer a better understanding of the overall condition of the home. Pre-purchase home inspections cover structural components, exterior, roofing, plumbing, electrical, heating, air conditioning, interiors, insulation and ventilation, and built-in kitchen appliances.
PRE-SALE INSPECTIONS
Pre-sale home inspections are recommended before selling your home. During the sell of many homes defects are found that homeowners were unaware of. Before selling your home a home inspection will give you a better understanding of your homes overall condition, and can ease the selling process.
MAINTENANCE INSPECTIONS
Maintenance inspections are recommended for those who would like to know the current overall condition of their home, and how all systems of the home are performing.
DEFECTS FOUND DURING INSPECTIONS
You never know what will be found during a home inspection. The pictures below emphasize the importance of a home inspection. Hiring a licensed professional for a home inspection will provide the client with a better understanding of the property inspected and defects they likely would not have been found without an inspection. The defects are small branch aluminum wiring, efflorescence stains, mold, stepping crack, cut floor joist, and a double keyed deadbolt lock.
